Harringtons Learning Centre has been at the forefront of community education since 2016. Based in Brierfield and now in the flagship Mills development- Northlight Estate, Harringtons Learning Centre has been providing much-needed support for education, childcare, up-skilling, out of school hours learning, holiday and food provision clubs, adult learning, mental health care and provision sessions and much much more. Harringtons Learning Centre prides it self in the development and progression and intends to keep providing the much needed provision here in Pendle and across Pennine Lancashire. Harringtons Learning Centre is an open access platform that is working towards achieving a balanced community through better life chances for all.

Harringtons Learning Centre proudly closes 2021 as winners of the Pride of Nelson Award in the Education category. We extend heartfelt thanks to the nominators, especially parents, carers, and organizations. This recognition is dedicated to our exceptional staff, tutors, volunteers, participants, and supportive families. The award, presented by Nelson Town Council, honors those who contribute significantly to the community. We're grateful for the ongoing support, and Harringtons remains committed to achieving more in Pendle with the backing of our diverse communities.

My kids attended over the summer break and absolutely loved it here. They're aged 5-11 and I can honestly say they all enjoyed the activities and not one said they were bored or didn't want to attend. Knowing you're sending them somewhere they're are happy and entertained whilst you're working is such a huge relief for those with busy families. I will definitely be recommending to others to use Harringtons going forward. Thanks guys
Fantastic centre run by equally fantastic staff. My daughter attended the Easter holiday club this year and has not stopped asking to go back ever since. They go above and beyond to create a truly great range of stimulating and engaging activities. She is signed up for the summer club, and we will definitely be back when the time comes for extra tuition!

My 2 daughters thoroughly enjoyed their time at Harringtons. They look forward to attending every time. There's always lots of activities to enjoy, as well as spending time with their friends/peers. The teachers are so kind, caring and fun. As a working mum, I feel secure knowing they are in a safe environment, as well having fun. Thank you to everyone at Harringtons! My children love going to Harringtons. They have so much fun doing the different activities. It’s a really safe and professional environment for them and I feel comfortable leaving my children at harringtons. The staff are also really lovely. Definitely recommend and I look forward to sending them to the next one.
