What help does Study Squad give?
Study Squad helps students get homework done and stay on top of deadlines, with support in any subject they find challenging. Teachers also give extra learning in English and maths and help students build study habits that last. Sessions run in a calm, friendly space where students can ask questions and grow in confidence.
Why does Study Squad focus on Years 7 to 9?
Years 7 to 9 cover the move from primary to high school and the run-up to GCSEs in Years 10 and 11. Study Squad supports students through that transition, so they start their GCSE courses with good study habits and strong English and maths.
How much does Study Squad cost?
Study Squad costs £7.50 per hour, which is £15 for each two-hour session. Four weeks are paid in advance (£60 for four sessions), so teachers can plan ahead. Like all our tuition, it's heavily subsidised to help local families.
