WINNER OF THE 2021 EDUCATION AWARD
A perfect end to the year of 2021
Harringtons Learning Centre – WINNERS – Pride of Nelson – Education Catergory
It was with great delight that after our inception in 2016, our learning centre was recognised to be the best in Nelson for education.
First of all, we want the say a big thank you to all the parents, carers, organisations and individuals that nominated us for this award. It was enough recognition for us to be nominated but to go the whole way through and win it was just an amazing expereince and honour.
We would also like to dedicate this award to all of our amazing staff members, wonderful tutors, volunteers, particpants and all the families we have attending our centre. Without them this recognistion would not have been possible to achieve.
PRIDE OF NELSON
Nelson Town Council hosted the awards to recognise and celebrate individuals, groups and organisations that have managed to ‘achieve great things and have given back to their community’.
The ceremony at Fence Gate Inn was attended by local councillors and finalists from ten categories. Special guests included the Mayor and Mayoress of Councillor Neil Butterworth, Mayoress Victoria Fletcher and MP for Pendle, Andrew Stephenson.
Harringtons Learning Centre will continue to push forward and gain more accolades, much more recognition for all the work we do here in Pendle, and this will be made possible with the love, support and constant encouragment we recieve for everyone from all communities here in Pendle and across Pennine Lancashire.
THANK YOU ALL … #teamharringtons
